Apartman, odnosno kuća u cijelosti, kompletno renoviran, nalazi se u mirnom kvartu donjeg sela, udaljen 200m od mora i glavne pješčane plaže. Idealno za odmor para sa malom ili odraslijom djecom.
U prizemlju kuće nalazi se veliki dnevni boravak u sklopu kojeg je kuhinja sa plinskim grilom, bar (šank) te komforna kupaonica i sanitarni čvor. Gornji kat je spavaća soba sa po jednim francuskim krevetom te još dva jednostruka kreveta.
Za djecu do tri godine osigurani su i dječji krevetići.
Kuća je u cijelosti klimatizirana te opremljena satelitskom televizijom i besplatnim bežičnim internetom (wifi). U ponudi je uključeno i korištenje okućnice sa vrtom i terasom u hladovini vinove loze.
Po dogovoru moguće je korištenje i motorne brodice za ribolov ili obilazak mnogobrojnih otočkih plaža.
Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.
Apartman je dostupan tijekom čitave godine.
Apartment, entire house, completely renovated, is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Lower Village, 200m from the sea and the sandy beach. Ideal for a holiday of couples with small or older children.
The ground floor is a large living room that includes a kitchen with gas grill, bar and comfortable bathroom and toilet facilities. Upstairs is a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. For children under three years, cots are available.
The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and free wireless internet (wifi). The offer includes also the use of a garden and the terrace in the grape vines shade.
By agreement, there is a possibility of using a motor boat for fishing or touring the many island beaches.
Pets are welcome.
Apartment is available entire year.
